When you use KidsMart.lk products, services and the website you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
* The order is only valid for the product mentioned.
* Island wide delivery is available at an additional cost for specified products only.
* KidsMart.lk management reserves the right to decide about the replacement of products for which there is no warranty.
* Orders cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Delivery
* Island wide door to door Delivery available on all products.
* සියලුම භාණ්ඩ දිවයිනේ ඕනැම තැනකට ගෙන්වා ගත හැක.
* தீவு முழுவதும் வீடு வீடாக டெலிவரி அனைத்து தயாரிப்புகளிலும் கிடைக்கிறது.
Delivery Time
* Deliveries within Colombo will be handed over to delivery within 2 working days
* Deliveries outside Colombo will be handed over to delivery within 3 working days
Return Policy
* If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
* Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
* You will always find the relevant terms on the product page.
Conditions for Returns
* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
* The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
* The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
